Why this matters — the $100K/mo math
Jeff sits on top of a network of CPG brand founders (his accelerator, his bootcamp, his membership, his investor network). If we build him a CPG intelligence stack that demonstrably works for one of his brands or portfolio companies, he is positioned to route us ~20 paying clients at $5K/mo = $100K/mo recurring within his network.
That makes the pilot for Jeff worth the equivalent of converting 20 staffing customers from the North Star sprint. Treat as Tier-1 priority.

A unified AI-powered intelligence layer for CPG brands that plugs into the messy reality of CPG (DTC + retail + wholesale + distributor data) and gives an operator clear daily decisions: where to double down, what to cut, where to expand. NOT another dashboard. NOT another data tool. The "AI brain" sitting on top of everything.
Our angle
Cynthia Reach already has the bones: Postgres + graph + LLM scoring + daily batches + share UI. Reach scores candidates for recruiters; for Jeff we score SKUs / channels / retailers for CPG operators. Same shape of problem, different node type. We don't build a new product — we build a service on top of Reach infra.

Open questions for Jeff
- Which brand do we pilot on? His own (Dream Makers HQ portfolio) or a mentee brand? Ideally one with ≥$5M revenue so the data is rich enough to be interesting.
- Does target brand have SPINS / Nielsen / IRI access? (If yes, huge unlock. If no, we work without.)
- What retailers is the brand in — and do they have the portal exports (Target Retail Link, Whole Foods supplier portal, Sprouts vendor portal)?
- Distributor relationships — UNFI, KeHE, regional? We want to ingest their reports.
- Tech stack today — Shopify yes/no, Klaviyo yes/no, what ERP/inventory system, what ad platforms.
- What does success look like to Jeff? (Specific KPI to hit in pilot — e.g. "find 3 actions that move revenue 5%")
